Shipping charges apply to all orders under €90. From €90, shipping is free to Zones A–E.
If your country is not on this list, please contact info@owonobaby.com before ordering. We review unlisted destinations case by case.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary with the carrier and customs. Orders are processed and dispatched within 5 working days after payment is confirmed.

We do not automatically ship outside these lists. Email info@owonobaby.com with your country and postcode. Our team will confirm whether we can ship and at what cost.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to return items, under the conditions in our Terms and Conditions (original packaging, tags attached, unused / unwashed).
Free return shipping: Zones A and B only.
Exception (non-EU destinations in Zones A and B):
United Kingdom, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican City, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland.
Owono Baby covers the return postage, but any customs duties, taxes or import/export fees are paid by the person returning the goods.
Zones C, D and E:
The customer pays both return shipping and any customs charges.
Please use a tracked service. Unidentified or lost returns without proof of shipment cannot be processed.
If we send the wrong item or it arrives defective, tell us within 14 days. We cover the return and send a replacement, subject to stock.
